Tres Leches Pastel       Tres Leches es un plato de Costa Rica. Yo elegé hacer este plato porque a mi me gusta pastel y las fotos de el pastel lucieron bien.     The story my group wanted to convey in this assignment was Alex Paulis point of view on school soccer. In my video, I personally made a story of how Alex started playing soccer and where he is now. I then talked about the future of soccer for not only Alex, but the whole team.     In pre-production, my group wrote a list of 20 questions to ask Alex. This was harder than thought to be. We then set up a date to meet with Alex and interviewed him, asking all of the questions, knowing some of his answers would be longer than others. When all the film of Alex was taken, we turned to footage of the soccer team playing for b-roll. After I had all the film, I had to write a voice over leading into all of Alex's answers to the questions we asked him. I wrote the opening to the interview and an end, so there would be a clear beginning, middle, and end. My self portrait                  I chose to represent my "self-portrait" the way I did because I though this would be a fun and creative way to show my personality. Before even watching the video you can tell I am committed and prepared. It was also fun to walk around the house showing more about me. I really wanted to show I am a well rounded person. Some other portraits I enjoyed had preparation put into them and mostly focused on one part of their life.         I chose to walk around the house like giving a tour as if I am giving a "tour of my life". I had my dad record me like the audience was following me around and focusing at all the spots I wanted everyone to see.   End of year project Overall thoughts       The project I spent the fourth quarter on was creating a fake product and company to sell in a “shark tank”. The project tested my abilities in video, animation, and graphic design as I had to use all three of these media’s to sell my product. This project took around 3 months to finish and present.        Over the three months, I faced challenges with collaborating with others efficiently, (as this was a 4 person group project) but I learned to appreciate how other people can add on to a simple idea. After some criticism from my teammates, I was able to made the best fitting commercial, logo, and package design for our product “chip”. No first draft was put in the end presentation as we made so many changes in the working time. Introduction In this assignment I used the rules of CARP (contrast, alignment, repetition and proximity) to fix a generic html with a poem on it to make the newer, better looking, version of this page. Some differences included changing the text and background color to match the dog. I used the same colors for multiple areas on the page to make it look clean and the same all the way through. I also changed the size of text around the page it fit it better, and to wrap around the picture of the dog. Myers-Bryggs type This personality test told me I was an ESFP. ESPF meaning extravert, sensing, feeling, and perceiving. Someone with all of these characteristics is usually friendly, caring and energetic. They are also good about expressing themselves and are confidant. An ESFP is sensitive to feelings and makes decisions based on how them and others feel rather than a more logical answer. I share a Myers-Bryggs type with Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton. Me and my type My personality type I feel does generally describe me. I make decisions based on how I feel and I am very confident. WhileI feel I am an extravert in some ways , I also have a lot of characteristics of an introvert. This did show in the test results when it said 6% of extravert. While it was interesting to find out what type I was, I knew most of these characteristics about myself already. In real life situations I tend to do what the test says I do. Creative Process        This project started with an idea of why the actress was going to move from A to B. Once my team decided she would be trying to find the bathroom, we could decide where we were going to film to get the story across. After highlighting the route she would take on a map, we went out to film. We filmed over 4 minutes of video, but I had to edit it down to one minute, keeping all of the obstacles that she ran into on the way to the bathroom. I added music slowed down by 10% to make sure it fit the whole film. Technicality        The director filmed to video on an iPad and tripod. It took about 4 days to film everything. I added all the videos into Adobe Premiere. In order for the film not to come off boring, I switched between different angles and didn't keep many clips going on very long.
